Whilst we maintain a small stock of the most popular jewellery pieces, typically each piece of handmade jewellery is made-to-order and will usually be dispatched within 7-10 working days. However, all pieces will be dispatched as soon as possible. If there is a delay for any other reason we will contact you.
If I have the item in stock, then it will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. I will keep you up-to-date with the progress of your order. You will receive confirmation by email once your jewellery has been dispatched.
However, should you urgently need an item for a certain date or special occasion please contact me contact@silverkupe.com and we will do our utmost to get the item to you by the required date.
Please keep in mind that due to the handmade process there might be slight individual differences with the item you have seen on our web-shop or at a fair.
Your jewellery will come beautifully presented in a suitable box, where possible I try to use eco products. Your parcel will be posted in a padded mailer envelop. I tend to re-cycle envelops from deliveries I receive for my business.
Gift wrapping is available upon request. If you would like your piece gift wrapped, please contact us for more details. Items can be sent to the gift recipient’s address at your request. Please contact us prior to dispatch.
Care
All the jewellery is barrel polished and then a coat of Renaissance wax applied. This should keep them tarnishing a long while. However when tarnished using a polishing cloth (for example Town Talk Silver Polishing Cloth) will be sufficient to bring shine back. When not in use the jewellery should kept in a closed environment. If the customer requires professional polish after use this can be arranged with a fee + post and packaging.
Returns
Earrings, are not returnable due to health and safety reasons. Custom orders or commissions (i.e. those made to a requested size not generally listed on the website or with personalisation) may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Other items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage will be paid by the customer (“Signed For 1st Class” to ensure the necessary amount for the postal insurance)- please check T&S for more information.
