Delivery and Returns
Although I carry some stock of basic items, most items are handmade to order and typically takes 3-5 working days to be dispatched. I will keep you up-to-date with the progress of your order. You will receive confirmation by email once your jewellery has been dispatched.
However, should you urgently need an item for a certain date or special occasion please contact me PRIOR to order via email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my utmost to get the item to you by the required date. For urgent items shipping costs can be adjusted if necessary- please select “Royal Mail Special Delivery” at the checkout.

– First Class Signed For – £3.79
– FREE UK DELIVERY WITH ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER – £50
– Gift Card Postage – £1.29
– Upgrade for UK Delivery – Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – £6.70
International Delivery Charges:
– Europe – £10.50
– US – £13.85

Your jewellery will come beautifully presented in a suitable box, where possible I try to use eco products. Your parcel will be posted in a padded mailer envelop. I tend to re-cycle envelops from deliveries I receive for my business.
Gift wrapping is available upon request. If you would like your piece gift wrapped, please contact us for more details. Items can be sent to the gift recipient’s address at your request. Please contact us PRIOR to Dispatch.
Earrings, are not returnable due to health and safety reasons.
Custom orders or commissions (i.e. those made to a requested size not generally listed on the website or with personalisation) may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Other items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage will be paid by the customer (“Signed For 1st Class” to ensure the necessary amount for the postal insurance)- please check T&C for more information.
