CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations by attendees
If it is four weeks in advance of the workshop date, a full refund or a date change will be offered. For cancellations less than 4 weeks, no refund will be offered, but alternative dates will be offered.
Cancellation by the instructor
If a cancellation is necessary due to illness, attendees will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Workshop Attendee Limits
Maximum Attendee Limits
Silversmithing workshops: maximum 4 attendees
Other workshops: maximum 5-6 attendees (depending on the workshop)
Minimum Attendee Requirements
Workshops with 4 attendee limit: will not proceed if there are less than 2 attendees
Workshops with 5 or more attendee limit: will not proceed if there are less than 3 attendees
In the event of a cancellation due to low attendance, an alternative date for the workshop will be offered to ensure a fulfilling experience for all participants.
